Hanover residents can take a number of community education classes from the Gettysburg Campus of HACC without traveling to Gettysburg. This month there are a number opportunities offered in Hanover by the Gettysburg Campus.

Classes will be offered at the Emory H. Markle Intermediate School, 225 Bowman Road, Hanover.

A Moment in Time - Your Wedding Flowers will be offered on four Thursdays, Feb. 2-23, 7-9 p.m. Cost is $75.

These classes will teach participants how to create the illusion of their dreams for their wedding. They will learn the use of color to enhance their dresses, create their own bouquets, corsages, and table arrangements. A list of materials will be included in the confirmation letter.

DaVinci Code: Fact or Fiction? will be offered on Wednesday, Feb. 8, 7-9 p.m. Cost is $19. This class explores the popular book by Dan Brown, separating fact from fiction and examining the historical evidence and some of the source materials behind the book.

Developing Your Sixth Sense will be offered on Wednesday, Feb. 22, 7-9 p.m. Cost is $19. This course will cover types of psychic ability, and participants will learn how to determine their own natural psychic ability, exercises to develop that ability, and basic tests of ESP.

Messy Fun for Kids and Moms will be offered on Tuesday, Feb. 21, 6-9 p.m. This is a class designed especially for day care moms, moms with young children or even grandmoms. They will enjoy an evening of hands-on experiences with messy children's activities that are fun and promote development in many areas. A $5 materials fee will be collected the night of class.
