Harrisburg, PA – “The Color Green: Environmentally Conscious in Your Home and Your Community,” an Earth Day forum, will be held from 7-8:30 p.m. Wednesday, April 22, in Room 212 of Blocker Hall on the Harrisburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College.

Doug Neidich of GreenWorks Development, LLC and Christine Bittinger, HACC associate professor of biology and environmental science, are the featured speakers for the forum, which launches a new community partnership lecture series at the campus, One HACC Drive.

The HACC Foundation’s Harrisburg Community Relations Committee is sponsoring the free, public presentation. Light refreshments, provided by Giant, will follow.

The forum seeks to bring together HACC faculty and community experts to discuss relevant and current issues, said Marion C. Alexander, chair of the committee.
