Lori White Hockley, Student Services Coordinator at Gettysburg Campus_Copy1

GETTYSBURG – The Gettysburg Campus of HACC, Central Pennsylvania’s Community College, recently welcomed Lori White Hockley and Kristin Carr to the student services team. The announcement was made by Katie Kough, campus assistant dean of student affairs.          
In her role as student services coordinator for career services, Hockley provides career counseling to students and conducts career workshops, develops and maintains relationships with local employers and coordinates employer campus visits, coordinates and oversees career event planning, and participates in the HACC Gettysburg Campus CareerLink partnership.
Hockley most recently was coordinator of teacher recruitment/human resources for the Washington County Board of Education. She previously served as assistant dean of continuing studies at Mount Saint Mary's University, director of records and registration at Hagerstown Community College, and associate dean of the Graduate School at Hood College.
Hockley has a bachelor's degree in French and international studies and an MBA from Mount St. Mary's College.
Carr has joined the staff as a student services technician in admissions and registration. A HACC graduate and former Gettysburg Campus student, Carr also has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Shippensburg University. She has spent much of her career in business roles at Hadco in Littlestown and Quinn Flags in Hanover.
