HARRISBURG – New hours for Radius, HACC Gallery and Museum Shop will mean the shop will open an hour earlier Wednesday-Saturday. The shop remains closed on Mondays and Tuesdays, similar to The State Museum, 300 North St. where Radius is located. Radius is open 9 a.m.-4:30 p.m. Wednesday-Saturday and noon-4:30 p.m. on Sunday.
Visitors can enter Radius, on the ground floor, free of charge. There is an admission charged for The State Museum.
Jan. 1-31         Radius Featured Craftsman – Ephrata resident Lisa Gallagher is the Featured Craftsman for January at Radius, HACC Gallery and Museum Shop in The State Museum, 300 North St.
                            Gallagher crafts every part of her jewelry. She creates chains and clasps herself, as well as most of the settings and other findings. Even some beads and cabochons are handmade. Much of her appeal is her work in filigree where she enjoys working the small details.

Jan. 24            Radius, HACC Gallery and Museum Shop – Face pots demonstration – Handmade ceramic pots with character faces demonstrated by Pennsylvania artisan Amedio Salamoni at Radius in The State Museum, 300 North St. Part of the current Showcase Series – “Turn a Cheek, Face Pottery.” The demonstration is from 1-3 p.m. The Showcase continues until Feb. 28.
