HARRISBURG  – Terry L. Burrows of Millersburg was named trustee emeritus by HACC’s board of trustees at its October meeting.

The conferral honors the HACC alumnus for his service and support as a board member and officer since 1991.

Burrows served in a leadership role as treasurer of the board since 2001. During that time he also was an ex officio member of the HACC Foundation board of directors. In addition Burrows led the trustees’ finance committee and was a member of the human resources and executive committees.

Burrows is retired from the banking industry and was president of the Millersburg Area School Board.

He graduated from HACC with an associate degree in mathematics and completed a bachelor’s degree in business from Elizabethtown College and an MBA from the University Center-Harrisburg.
